**--CONCLUSION..**

Overall the dinner would have been enjoyable & fun,

with singing, dancing, lucky draws & beers..

This year,

we have more members in MingHup

&

Everyone was so sporty as compared to last year

.

However,

if not for Boss's speech,

dat cause a huge commotion.

Everything would be perfect.

I thought dinner should be a enjoyable nite

in the end,

someone left

.

People are leaving one by one..

Sadly to say, i dunno who is next

.

Now i understand,

people come & go..

The quantity of time cannot compare to the quality of time we spent together

.

To improve our quality time together,

one group of us went for Singing Session

.

I guess the way we toast to each other

proved dat we do cherish one another..

Conflicts is not avoided,

but more understanding is needed.

*My Reflections*

I did say,

天下没有不散的宴席..

But

why must good things come to an end?

Now Ow left our company,

due to the pride of conflicting parties..

i dunno who will be next

.

Besides him..

I was quite upset to hear bout ah wee's condition.

He was diagnosed with cancer that has spread to his throat

the chances are not mention by him..

.

I could never understand wat he is going through,

but i guess all i can is to

bring a little smile to his face everyday,

& encourage him

dat he is not alone.

God, please bless this kind soul..

.

Looking at this few situation,

i was glad i didnt have to go through wat they went through.

Its better to lose ur pride,

den to say things in regret my dear.

Also,

please do not forget to care for people

who really needs the encouragement.

If caring words arent easy to say,

Remember God's gift,

Smile.

It may means Everything.
